Provided Content The buyer guarantees that the text is accurate to the best of their knowledge and is in accordance with the laws governing housing in their respected countries. The buyer acknowleges the Links refferenced on the Framed Pages of the Design Site are external Links to iPages4u and we can not be responsible for the content, it may change, or the reliablility of the information provided by these outside sources. We use only goverment links and search engine results on these pages and the content should be reasonable. The buyer has exclusive rights to produce copies of the web site solely for distribution as a sales brochure hand out to prospective home buyers or as an information flyer.
