Contract For Your FSBO Proptery Web Site Client Authorizations: The purpose of this contract is for iPages4U to create and publish a Web Site for Reatlors in WWW readable format designed from the information submitted by the Realtor or authorized representative of the Realtor . This work is to be accomplished only in return for renumeration from the Realtor Client to iPages4U.com.(See Contract Terms) iPages4U.com and the Realtor representative agree to the following: 1. The Realtor Client shall complete all submission information forms required by iPages4U.com to completed a Web Site in WWW readable format.(See Contract Terms) 2. iPages4U.com will: A. Create a nine Page Web Sitebusing the above Realtor Client submission information. B. Provide Links on these Realtor Site Pages to Local Schools and Community matching the stated area or zip code or city depending on the availability of such information. [USA Properties Only] C. Provide Hosting with third party hosting at additional cost as selected by the Realtor Client.(See Contract Terms) D. Provide to the following one time submissions to the search engines: Altavista, Excite, Directhit, Google, Hotbot, Lycos and Webcrawler [This requires an e-mail address be supplied by the FSBO Client] 3. The Realtor Client shall provide the information required in the forms in order for iPages4u.com to achieve the above. (See Sample Form) 4. The Realtor Client shall provide upload images if the Realtor Client wants an images for their Realtor Site. Alternately the Reatlor Client can mail photos which iPages4u.com will process for and additional fee.
