Contract For Your
FSBO Proptery Web Site

Client Authorizations:

The purpose of this contract is for iPages4U to create and publish a Web Page for For Sale By Owner [FSBO] in WWW readable format designed from the information submitted by the property owner/ seller or authorized representative of the seller/owner [FSBO Client]. This work is to be accomplished only in return for renumeration from the FSBO Client to iPages4U.com. (See Contract Terms)

iPages4U.com and the FSBO representative agree to the following:

1. The FSBO Client shall complete all submission information forms required by iPages4U.com to completed a Web Page in WWW readable format. (See Contract Terms)

2. iPages4U.com will:

A. Create a single FSBO Web Page using the above FSBO Client submission information.

B. Provide Links on this FSBO Web Page to Local Schools matching the property address or zip code or city depending on the availability of such information.

C. Provide a Link on this FSBO Web Page to a Map matching the property address or zip code or city depending on the availability of such information.
[USA Properties Only]

D. Provide Hosting Under the iPages4u.com/FSBO/Your Unique ID.htm URL for a period od three months.(See Contract Terms)

E. Provide to the following one time submissions to the search engines: Altavista, Excite, Directhit, Google, Hotbot, Lycos and Webcrawler [This requires an e-mail address be supplied by the FSBO Client]

F. Provide a Link from this popular Home Resource FSBO Page to the FSBO CLient Web Page as a Featured Link.

3. The FSBO Client shall provide the information required in the forms in order for iPages4u.com to achieve the above. (See Sample Form)

4. The FSBO Client shall provide upload an image if the FSBO Client wants an image for their FSBO Web Page.
